Student Testimonial
The BA (Hons) Design for Film and Television degree that I am progressing to is not offered at many universities - it’s a specialist area of design.
I was very keen to come to NTIC so that I could progress to this degree course at NTU.
We have some very nice facilities in the College for art and design, and we can use many of the University’s facilities too.
The Foundation has changed the way I look at things, so I would highly recommend the College to other international students.

If you want to study Art and Design you will need to submit a portfolio along with your application.
Your portfolio should show 10-12 pieces of work you have done recently using as many different techniques as possible. Please send us your portfolio on disk.
Your portfolio
-
Show us your observational drawing skills using a variety of media. Do not copy from books or magazines because this does not demonstrate your own drawing ability.
It is very important for Architecture/Interior Architecture applicants to show strong drawing abilities.
-
Show us how your ideas develop through experimentation and different media such as pen, pastel, paint, collage and computer work where appropriate.
-
Show us how you experiment with and use colour appropriately across the portfolio.
-
Show your creative individuality and personal interests through sketchbooks.
-
Show your interest in the subject of Art and Design through reference to artists and designers.
